RECOMMENDED SOLUTION
Working with Landmark Architects and Wiens & Company Construction, the district has developed a plan that tackles the most pressing facility needs while preparing our schools to serve the community for decades to come. The proposal strengthens safety with secure entrances and a FEMA-rated storm shelter, improves learning spaces with right-sized classrooms and updated cafeterias, and ensures reliability with critical upgrades to heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing systems. By addressing these needs now, the district can protect its investment in existing buildings, provide safer and more efficient schools, and create an environment where students and teachers can focus on learning.
PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK

Secure Entrance & Office Addition: New main entry and office space on the north end to improve safety and visibility.

New Physical Education Classroom: Includes bleacher seating and locker rooms connected to the existing gym.
